Working with until now photography
I’ve been photographing people and moments since 2020, but did not open my business until 2023 - learning and growing with each session along the way. I’m especially drawn to family, senior, maternity, newborn, and confidence-focused sessions - images that tell a story and hold meaning beyond the frame.
With the launch of Until Now Photography, I’m excited to bring my experience, creativity, and heart into a brand that reflects my love for capturing real moments, thoughtfully and intentionally.
FAQ
This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
You don’t need to know how to pose or feel “camera-ready” to have a great session. My job is to guide you every step of the way and create a relaxed, comfortable experience. I’ll offer gentle direction when needed, while also giving you space to simply be yourselves.

I will send you a link to an online collection, through pixieset, that will allow you to download the photographs, in high resolution, straight to your computer or phone! It's that easy!
where do sessions take place?
Most sessions are held outdoors or in natural-light settings. Location details will be discussed during booking, and I’m happy to suggest spots that fit the look and feel you’re hoping for.
What if the weather is bad on the day of an outdoor shoot?
No worries - we’ll reschedule if needed for outdoor sessions. I always try to keep a backup date just in case!
how far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to get your ideal date, especially during busy seasons (like fall or spring). Last-minute spots may be available too—just ask!
Are the travel expenses included in your packages?
I will travel within a 30 mile radius for free! Anything over 30 miles is 70 cents per mile!
what should we wear?
Neutral tones, soft textures, and simple patterns tend to photograph best.
Choose pieces you feel comfortable and confident in.
I suggest coordinating colors and avoiding loud patterns or logos. Feel free to check out the styling tips page! If you’d like help deciding, I’m always happy to offer outfit guidance before your session.
do you offer mini sessions?
Yes! I offer seasonal mini sessions a few times a year. Also, just ask - we can schedule!
how long until I get my photos?
You’ll receive your hand-edited online gallery within 2–3 weeks (or sooner if I can swing it!). I will keep you updated along the way.
how many images will i receive?
Each session includes a minimum of 25+ fully edited images, though I often deliver more depending on the session type and flow.
